Nguyen Tran and his wife, Thi (aka SKKitchenNinja), began their cooking adventure out of their Los Angeles apartment in 2009. They exploded in popularity prompting the start of their restaurant Starry Kitchen and continued to grow throughout Los Angeles led by their most famous dish Crispy Tofu Balls. Now they are growing their presence in consumer packaged goods with the launch of their delicious Garlic Noodles.
